You'll become spoiled if you can drink this every day. The description is spot-on: lightly floral, bright, but also very smooth and well-bodied. It's also mildly sweet, like a jasmine. I find it to be very well balanced and a total privilege to drink at just the right temperature to maximize these qualities. Zero astringency or bitterness when brewed for 5 mins/175... Just buttery sweet and smooth. I received this as a sample and it's easily the best Chinese green from Tea Source I've had. It'd be a staple for me if only it was a bit more affordable.

It has the aromatics of fresh linen in a seashore breeze. The light-bodied liquor is comfortable with a satiating mouthfeel. The tea is bright, lightly floral, and possesses the primal sweetness of young garden greens.
Harvested and produced April 6, 2026 by Mr. Tang Jiangtao in Hetaoba Village, Meitan County, Guizhou Province. It’s a bud only pick of the Qianmei 601 cultivar growing at 3,300 feet. This tea was steam-fired instead of the traditional dry-heat to bring out its uniquely brisk taste.
